Incoming JGSOM Seniors!

Vote for Mela Yaranon for your 4th year Executive Officer and Alvin Yllana for your 4th year CB Representative!

Here’s what I’ve got for you guys if ever I get elected: 

A. Development and involvement of the 4th year course reps

1. At least one project for each course c/o their respective course reps catering to the specific needs of their batch mates. 

Step 1: FGD with constituents (per course) before or at the start of the school year
Step 2: Sit-down session with the course reps (per course) to brainstorm on a project 
Step 4: Forming of teams from constituents (per course, per project) 
Step 5: Project planning 
Step 6: Implementation 

2. Hands-on rep management 

Consultations
- Regarding concerns of reps and of constituents as forwarded by the reps 
- Project consultations 
Rep involvement in the external departments of the JGSOM Sanggunian and the Sanggunian as a whole
- Make sure that each have a part in a department 
- Rep involvement in JGSOM School Board projects 
- Team Building 

B. Development and involvement of constituents

1. Flagship project for the whole batch [Networking nights, Career talks, Talk on building up resume and good interviews] 

2. FGDs on the needs of the constituents before or at the start of the school year in coordination with the respective course reps 

3. More opportunities for them to volunteer and take part in projects of the JGSOM Sanggunian and the Sanggunian as a whole 

- Flagship project
- Course-specific projects
- School Board projects 

4. More effective information dissemination 

- Text blasts and all means of online media 
- Personal dissemination with the help of course reps

5. Visibility and accessibility 

- Always have a means for the constituents to relay their concerns 
Text and online social media 
Personal means 

C. Joint projects with other batches 

1. Coordination with the whole JGSOM school board 

- Contribute in the betterment of the project management for the whole school board 

2. Promotion of Social Entrepreneurship
